Prices are per visitor, for dates of arrival (or dates of starting the stay, if later) from 1 November 2007 to 31 October 2008. Prices for all stays include full-board accommodation, insurance and escorted airport or Eurostar station transfers on arrival and departure. Prices for stays 2 and 3 also include tuition: 10 hours per week for stay 2 and 30 hours per week for stay 3.
For any stay, if clients have special dietary requirements, a supplement of £5 per night is payable.

Clients must pay a deposit of 20% of the total price of the stay if booking more than 56 days before the arrival date (or date of starting the stay, if later). The remaining 80% balance must then be paid (cleared into the New Century Study bank account) no later than 28 days prior to the date of arrival (or date of starting the stay, if later).
If booking within 56 days of the date of arrival (or date of starting the stay, if later), clients must pay the full price to confirm the booking.
All payments must be by bank transfer. Bank name, code and account number are set out on the first page of the New Century Study booking form.

All prices include insurance from the date of booking confirmation and the insurance premium is included in the non-returnable deposit.
